Each individual may register and maintain only one player account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using different personal details, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify syok8 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Syok8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Syok8 may at any time — and will prior to processing withdrawals above a specified threshold — require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until compliance is achieved.
Syok8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in USDT or other cryptocurrencies are automatically converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Syok8 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of applicable KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) use of the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally feasible; and (d) adherence to minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as published on the Platform at the time of the request.
By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of the funds being deposited and that those funds are not derived from any unlawful activity. Syok8 maintains anti-money laundering controls and may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by syok8 are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means that a bonus of RM100 requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms.
Syok8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; or participating in any coordinated exploitation scheme.

Syok8 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed once the Platform issues a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed in error by the Platform — including those resulting from obvious pricing errors or system faults — may be voided, even after apparent acceptance.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are materially different from those that would be expected in a fair and competitive market — owing to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error — syok8 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player's account. This clause applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, syok8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or losses arising from system downtime or connectivity failures.
Syok8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to syok8 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While syok8 targets 99.6% platform uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
Syok8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if syok8 reasonably believes that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held. Following completion of the investigation, legitimate real-money balances (net of any forfeited bonus funds or voided bet proceeds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the syok8 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the last verified withdrawal method following closure processing.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and syok8, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the syok8 customer support escalation process.
